Unbounded Love, Splendid Autumn, Masculine Birthday Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a masculine birthday card to share with you. Please read on to see how it was made.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. It opens on the right and the fold is on the left.

I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Cajun Craze card stock for the layer.

The top layer is a 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" piece of Basic White card stock. Using the "Everyday Arches" die, I centered it on the piece and then cut it out. Then I textured it using the "Distressed Tile" embossing folder.

The scenic piece is from the "Splendid Autumn" 6" x 6" stack and was cut to 3-3/4" x 5". I laid the textured piece over it where it needed to go and then stamped the words from the "Unbounded Love" bundle using black Memento ink.

I glued the textured piece to the scenic piece and then taped that to the Cajun Craze piece. Then that was taped to the card base and the card was done.

This was such a quick and easy way to make a wonderful masculine birthday card. I had the word "pretty" in place of "wonderful" but switched it out because pretty and masculine didn't really go so well together! LOL  Anyway, I like the looks of this card. I think it would also make a great sympathy card.

Thank you SO much for taking your time to stop in and see today's masculine birthday card,
Wanda
