The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. It opens on the bottom and the fold is on the top.
I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Pool Party card stock for the layer.
The Designer Series Paper (DSP) is from the "Reindeer Days" 12" x 12"package. I cut this piece at 3-3/4" x 5" and I taped it to the Pool Party piece. Then I taped that to the front of the card.
Next came the word pieces. Using the die from the "Christmas Labels" bundle I cut a Real Red one first and set it aside.
Then I stamped the words from the "Sophisticated Sled" bundle using Real Red ink. I cut them out using the same die as I did for the Real Red piece. I cut away the outer part of the frame and taped the inside part to the Real Red piece. Dimensionals were added to the back and the piece was set in place on the front of the card. And that was it, the card was done.
I think it took me longer to type this up than it did to put the card together. It's such a quick card and a great way to use up that DSP that is going to be retiring soon.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Christmas card,
Wanda
