Merry Christmas 2024

Merry Christmas. As I do every year I share with you the card I sent out to friends and relatives. I didn't do any stamping on mine this year. I was falling behind with all of the other things that come with the season so I did what I could to get a decent card out. We had left on the 21st for Duluth and came home on the 23rd. It didn't give me much time to get the house ready for Christmas eve. It was a bit stressful but so worth it and things managed to get done.

I got my image from Etsy. I found a shop that had some beautiful downloads and they were even on sale so I just had to. If you know me and snowmen you will understand why I chose this one. After purchasing the packet I downloaded it and set it up on a page on my computer. I had 4 per page and I printed them out. Then I trimmed them and taped them to a Basic White card base.

I forgot to mention I had ran my card stock through my printer to add the wording on the inside. Then I cut them in half on the long side. Then the snowman was added.

I even printed out the greeting and used a retired punch to punch them out and the layer behind them. The one in the photo shows Garden Green for the layer. That was one of my practice ones. I didn't much care for the green. I ended up using the retired Seaside Spray. That was such a pretty color and it went so well with the sky.  I popped the layers up on Dimensionals and they were ready to sign.

It was a different way for me to do our cards this year.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas filled with peace, love and joy,
Wanda
