Next cut a 1-1/2" x 5-1/4" piece of DSP from the "Take a Bow" 6" x 6" stack and I taped it to the left side of the card. I lined it up so the DSP behind it isn't showing.
The snowman is from the "Snowy Scenes" 12" x 12" package and was fussy cut. There is a die in the "Snowy Wonder" bundle that could be used to cut the pieces out. I fussy cut because I forgot I bought the bundle. But upon looking at the dies, the one for the upper part of the globe would have made the globe a bit smaller and the base would have been the same size. It didn't take that long to fussy cut it and it was easy because there wasn't a lot of nooks and crannies to deal with. I added Dimensionals to the back and I set the piece on the front of the card.
The words came next. They are from the "One of a Kind" bundle and were stamped using Real Red ink. They were then cut using the second largest die in the "Deckled Circles" set. I like using those dies for winter words because I think it's got the look of a rough snowball. I used Dimensionals and tape to set the piece in place on the front of the card.
For the final touch I added some crystal rhinestones to the front and the card was done.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Christmas card,
Wanda
