Greetings of the Seasons, Sentimental Christmas, Christmas Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a super quick Christmas card to share with you. Please read on to see how it was made.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. It opens on the right and the fold is on the left.

I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Pretty Peacock card stock for the layer. On top of that is a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the 'Sentimental Christmas" 12" x 12" package. It's from a beautiful sheet with some faint trees in the background and greenery on the upper left and lower right corners. It's a perfect piece for scrapbooking but it works well for card fronts too.  I thought the lantern was a nice way to make a quick card because it just speaks for itself.

The words are from the "Greetings of the Season" using Lost Lagoon ink.

I taped the DSP to the Lost Lagoon piece and then that was taped to the front of the card and the card was done.

I thought about adding some of the snowflake embellishments to the front but I decided to leave it as it is. There is one more sheet in the package that I could make a card with and add snowflakes if I decide to.

Thank you SO much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Christmas card,
Wanda
