The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. It opens on the right and the fold is on the left.
I textured a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of Pecan Pie card stock using the "Distressed Tile" embossing folder. I trimmed it down to 4" x 5-1/4" and glued it to the front of the card.
A piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) measuring 5" x 1-1/2" was glued to the top of the Pecan Pie piece. I do not know the name of this DSP, sorry.
Next the large Basic White circle was cut using the largest die from the "Stylish Shapes" set. And the second smallest was used to cut the "hello". The "hello" is from the "Unbounded Love" bundle. I stamped it using black Memento ink.
The tea pot is from the "Country Flowers" bundle and was cut from the "Country Woods" (DSP) 12" x 12" package. The greenery was cut from a piece of DSP from that package too.
I glued the greenery down. I cut a leaf from the bottom because it would be just lost under there anyway. I set the pot in place with Dimensionals and then that loose leaf was glued by the stem to the larger greenery piece. I let it hang over the pot for a more 3D effect.
A linen bow was tied and then set in place on the front of the pot.
The words from the "Unbounded Love" bundle were set in place next using Dimensionals on the outer area and glue on the area that touches the pot. And that was it. A super quick and easy friendship card to make.
Thank you SO much for taking your time to stop in and see today's friendship card,
Wanda
