The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. It opens on the right and the fold is on the left.
I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock and textured it using the "Distressed Tile" embossing folder. I glued that to the front of the card.
Next using the "Spotlight on Nature" dies I cut the second largest circle to cut the Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Thoughtful Journey" 6" x 6" stack. I set it in place on the front of the card using Dimensionals.
The words were stamped on a scrap piece of Basic White card stock using Mossy Meadow ink. I cut them out using the second smallest die in the same "Spotlight on Nature" dies. I set it in place using Dimensionals on the left and a little bit of glue on the right. And that was it, the card was done.
Embellishments could be added but I wanted to have a clean simple look.
I like how quick this card went together and how pretty it did turn out.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's note/friendship card,
Wanda
