The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Blackberry Bliss card stock. It opens on the bottom and the fold is on the top. I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White and taped it to the inside.
Using the "Grassy Grove" bundle, I die cut the tree area on a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic Black card stock. I saved the middle piece and die cut the larger deer from it. I had a scrap of Basic Black so I die cut the little deer from that.
The Designer Series Paper (DSP) is from the hardly used "Stargazing" 12" x 12" package. I cut it just shy of 4" x 5-1/4". I glued the treed piece to the DSP and then that was taped to the front of the card.
The words are from the "Days to Remember" set and were stamped using black Memento ink. I punched them out using the "Double Oval" punch. And then I punched out the scalloped oval using the same punch on a scrap piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock. I taped the ovals together. Dimensionals were added to the back and set it in place on the front of the card and the card was done.
This was a quick and easy card to make and I was happy to use some of the "Stargazing" DSP because I've hardly touched that package.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's birthday card,
Wanda

WOW Wanda! This is one GORGEOUS card.
I love the color of that background. I used that same Grassy Grove die to make a card for my brother-in-law and used a piece of the New Horizons dsp for the background.
