The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Mossy Meadow card stock. The card opens on the right and the fold is on the left. The first thing I did was cut a 4" x 5-1/4"piece of Basic White for the inside of the card. I taped it in place.
Next I had a piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Dainty Flowers" 12" x 12" package. I had cut the piece for a prior card. The piece measured 4" across the top. The right side came down 4-3/4" and on the left it came down 3-3/4".
The smaller piece on the bottom is a piece that was cut 1-1/2" x 4". I taped that piece down first and then the larger piece was added.
The center panel image is from the same DSP package and it was cut at 2-1/2" x 5-1/4". And the Mossy Meadow layer was cut at 2-5/8" x 5-1/2". Before you tape the DSP to the Mossy Meadow layer you can punch out the scalloped oval using the "Dual Oval" punch. I had a scrap piece so I used that.
The words are from the "Go To Greetings" set and were stamped using Mossy Meadow ink. Then they were punched using the oval in the "Dual Oval" punch. I taped the ovals together and added Dimensionals to the back. I set the piece in place on the upper right area of the card and the card was done.
This was a quick card to make and it was nice to use an odd shaped piece of DSP.
So pretty! I like the extra dotted paper on the bottom.
