The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Highland Heather card stock. The card opens on the right and the fold is on the left.
A 4" x 5-1/2" piece of Basic Black was cut for the layer. and a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Basic White was cut for the focal piece. I also cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White for the inside.
The "Beautifully Happy" stamp set pretty much does the work for you. I stamped the flower outline and the words at the same time using black Memento ink.
Then I stamped the leaves using two stamps in the set and Granny Apple Green ink.
Next the flowers were stamped using Highland Heather ink. And that was it for stamping. Impressive, isn't it?
Then I taped the focal piece to the front of the card and the other Basic White piece was taped to the inside and the card was done. I think it took me longer to type up this post than it did to make the card. And that included cleaning the stamps and putting them back in their container!
This was fun to make and I think I will set up my Stamparatus to make more for other occasions. I didn't add the embellishments because I wanted to mail the card and didn't want to spend the extra money to send it. I may add something in the open areas but just as it is it's still pretty!!
