The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. This card opens on the right and the fold is on the left.
I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White and textured it using the "Pretty Flowers" embossing folder. I glued it to the front of the card.
Next I die cut a Granny Apple Green circle from the "Layering Circles" die set. I used the largest circle and then I used the third largest for the word piece. I did stamp the words from the "Happiness Abounds" set first using Black Memento ink and then I die cut the circle. I taped the circles together. Oh, I did make sure that I had the words off to the right before I die cut them. I glued the circles to the front of the card.
Then I proceeded to die cut the flowers and leaves from the "Hues of Happiness" Designer Series Paper (DSP) 12" x 12" package. I taped the flowers in place and tucked the leaves in around them.
Some rhinestones were added to the front and the card was done.
This was a very fun, quick, and easy card to make. I think it's SO pretty.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's birthday or friendship card,
Wanda
