The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. This card opens on the right and the fold is on the left. This design would also look great if the card opened on the bottom with the fold on the top. I tend to make the majority of my cards open on the right and the fold on the left.
I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock and I taped a 2" x 4" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Well Suited" 12" x 12" package to the bottom of the Basic White piece.
I cut a 4" x 4" piece of Basic White card stock and I die cut the scalloped edge using the die from the "Scalloped Contours" dies.
The words were stamped next. They are from the "Color & Contour" set and were stamped using black Memento ink.
I stamped three flowers from the "Color & Contour" set using black Memento ink. I used the solid colored stamp and Pacific Point ink to color in the flowers. Then I die cut them. I colored the centers with the dark Daffodil Delight Blends pen. Then I added some Wink of Stella to the center of each flower. I just thought it could use some sparkle.
The flowers were set on the front of the scalloped piece so I could see where to stamp the dots. I used black Memento ink to stamp them.
Then one flower was taped down in the upper right corner. The other two flowers were added using Dimensionals. I added Dimensionals to the back of the scalloped piece and set it in place on the 4" x 5-1/4" piece of card stock with the DSP attached to it. And that was it.
This is a nice way to use up some of those scraps of DSP you have sitting around. I have TONS of it!
I enjoyed making today's card. I LOVE the layout and I can see myself making more of these and I can see myself using this layout again too!
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to see this fun versatile card,
Wanda

What a FANTASTIC layout Wanda. TFS!
Love the card! I haven't used that flower from the set yet but you have given me a great idea! (Too many toys to play with.)
