The tie is from the matching dies set "Suit & Ties". And the Designer Series Paper (DSP) used for the tie is from the "Well Suited" 12" x 12" package. Super easy to cut.
The words are from the "Handsomely Suited" set and were stamped using Night of Navy ink. I let my granddaughter stamp the words on by herself too. After all it was her card to make but I was there if she needed me.
I did cut the base of the card for her though, it was a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock.
When she was done stamping the markers came out and she wrote on the inside and also filled it with lots of hearts! I didn't take a picture of that because I felt it was personal.
I think she did a great job on the card and her dad will love and cherish it. And there was also a bonus here. She had gotten a Rainbow Loom and after a few minutes of teaching her some tricks to avoid the bracelet falling apart and little rubber bands flying around the room, she caught on and even mastered it. She made a total of 13 of them before her dad came to pick her up. She made a special one for her dad and put it inside the envelope.
She had fun making this card and was SO proud of it.
The envelop was sweet too!
To all the dads out there, I hope you had a most wonderful day.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop by and see this sweet Father's Day card,
Wanda
