I just had to make one more card using the October Paper Pumpkin kit. I had one flower set left and when I saw this card on Pinterest, I knew I just had to make it. I tried to find the original card but I couldn't. I had closed the window before I had saved the link and I did a million other things on my computer since. So if you run across a card that looks like this, please let me know so I can give the original creator credit.
The base of the card is one from the October 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit. The bottom part of the card had been cut off to use on another card so what I did was I took a piece of Whisper White and will be taping it onto the remaining piece of the card front. But first I added a 5-1/2" x 2" piece of the inside of the envelope. I taped it to the bottom part of the Whisper White piece and then I taped the piece to the top part of the original card.
I took some Cherry Cobbler thread that came in the kit and wrapped it around my fingers a few times and taped it to the front of the card. I spread it out a bit until it looked rounded and nice, not all bunched up in one spot.
The words are from the set and were stamped using Cherry Cobbler ink on one of the tags that came in the kit.

I also took one of the gold strips from the kit and cut it in half. I taped the ends to the ends of the white tag. I set the tag in place using Dimensional. I added the flower using Dimensionals and the card was done.
This was a fun and quick card to make and it's SO pretty too.
Thank you SO much for taking the time to stop by today,
Wanda
Wanda, I have enjoyed all the beautiful cards you've made with the October Paper Pumpkin. They are so pretty yet quite simple to make. I haven't opened my kit yet. Those cards will be for next year's recipients. I've made 105 for this year and they are ready to go in the mail. Yay for me! Enjoy your day!
