Friendship, Thinking of You, June 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit Card

I wanted to find a fun and different card to make using the June 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit.  And this is what I found. You can see the original card here.  I pretty much copied it exactly like it is there.

The card base came with gold striped sunrays.  I guess that is what I'd call it.  Behind the sun on it is a gold circle. 

I sponged on Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Mango Melody, Pumpkin Pie, and Melon Mambo ink.  I wiped off the gold circle.  You need to have it clean.

Just below the sun I stuck the polka dotted piece from the kit. It's a sticker and it was placed about 1-3/8" above the bottom edge of the card.  

I stamped the words from the kit with the Basic Black ink cube from the kit on the gold edges piece from the kit.  These kits come with lots of fun stuff!!! And I set the piece in place on the front of the card with Dimensionals that came with the kit too!

I added Dimensionals to the back of the sun and set it in place on the front of the card. 

I added a few sequins that came with the kit and the card was done.

I paired it up with the gold lined matching envelope.  You get envelopes in the kit too!!! These kits are very fun.  Though sometimes I like to look for something different online to do with them because I want to jazz them up just a bit more. 

I like the look of this card and when I was making this one I also made up the other one in the kit to match.  I still have four more cards in the kit to do. I'm going to look for some more fun things to do with them but I am going to use them up so I can say that I have finished a kit. I don't say that often enough. I make a card or two and then get busy with something else.  But today, being as hot as it is here I thought I'd make a sunshine card.
