Another quick card to share with you today. I am still sewing masks and tomorrow I am going to be done. I need a break from sewing. I'm not a big fan of sewing but I did it for the cause. Because I could. But after tomorrow I am going to go back to dabbling in my other crafts. And maybe cleaning in my workroom. I pulled out what I thought was a couple of pieces of fabrics ended up to be a whole shelf in the back corner. I don't go in there because I knew it was fabrics, I knew there was a bold of muslin and some fur but I didn't know there was so much cotton fabric. Glad I didn't clean that out last year. I did the upper cupboards but never got to the lower ones. SO I had plenty of fabric to make many masks.
So tonight's card was quick because I am tired.
The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic Black card stock. I taped those two pieces together.
I cut a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White card stock and I set it up in my Stamparatus. My black Memento ink is acting weird right now. I think I may have overinked it but only in one spot. I'm waiting for it to even out. If it will! I set up the piano and the words from the "Music From my Heart" set. I did have to stamp the "you're" twice. I don't know why it didn't stamp nice the first time. I did ink it. I had to press harder on it. I think it may be thinner or warped.
I colored in the heart using my Blender Pen and the Rococo Rose ink pad.
I stamped three tiny hearts using Rococo Rose ink. I only inked it once.
I taped this piece to the Basic Black piece and the card was done.
I like the simplicity of the card and I REALLY like the words. This is a fun set and I want to play with it some more. Though I'm not sure what category to put this under. A birthday?? An "I love you" card?

I hope you are all well and safe. I'm off to cut masks out and sew them together.
Thank you SO much for taking the time to stop by today,
Wanda
