I found this card on Pinterest. I didn't find any instructions on how to make it so you will have to see/read how I made it.
The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Balmy Blue card stock.
I cut a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White card stock and I sponged on some Pool Party towards the top and some Balmy Blue in was sponged on the middle and towards the bottom.
Next I stamped the "V" looking image from the "Well Dressed" set using Smoky Slate ink that was stamped off once.
I stamped the words from the same set using Night of Navy ink. The words are from the "Little Ladybug" set.
I took my Night of Navy marker and flicked some color on the piece. It needed some splats.
I stamped the necktie from the "Well Dressed" set using Night of Navy ink on Whisper White card stock. When the ink dried, I fussy cut the tie. Actually, I fussy cut the tie first and set it aside to make sure it was dry. I had set it up in my Stamparatus and stamped it a couple of times because my ink pad is drying up.
I taped the Whisper White piece to the Balmy Blue piece and I taped them both to the card base.
I set tie in place using Dimensionals. So this is my version of how the card was made. The original looks like it was made to be a square card. Mine is a standard size card.
Another quick and simple card.
Thank you SO much for taking the time to visit today,
Wanda
