Frosted Frames, Frosted Foliage, Snowman Season, Christmas Card

Today I wanted to play with the "Frosted Frames" and "Frosted Foliage" bundle.  I have not played with it much. Probably because I purchased WAY too many sets and can't give them all the time I was hoping for.  I have to stop looking at Pinterest and get a case of the "I wants".  Now I'm hoping that with the new Spring Catalog and Sale-a-Bration coming up that I can restrain myself a bit more than I did with the Holiday Catalog.  I don't usually buy a Valentine's Day set. It's such a short lived day, kind of like Thanksgiving.  Though I would give out more Valentine's Day cards than I would Thanksgiving!!!  Okay, onto my card for today.

My card seems to be missing something. I'm not sure what though.  Maybe I should have used the glitter paper for the back snowflake layer. I don't know.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.

I die cut the largest die from the "Frosted Frames" set, using Whisper White card stock.  I set it on top of the card base to see where I should stamp the snowflakes. I didn't want to stamp them and then find out the large piece hides them.

I used Coastal Cabana ink to stamp the snowflakes from the "Snowman Season" set.  Then I taped the large die cut piece on top.

Next I stamped the words from the "Snowman Season" set using Coastal Cabana ink.  I die cut it with the stitched die from the "Frosted Frames" set.  I set that piece in place using Dimensionals.

I die cut the snowflake from the "Frosted Frames" set. I glued it in place on top of the word piece.

And for the final step, I colored some small rhinestones using my light Bermuda Bay Blends Pen.  Yup, you read that right. Bermuda Bay.  The light one looks close to the Coastal Cabana color.  Especially on the rhinestone. I set the rhinestones around the card and that was it.

Thank you SO much for stopping by today,
Wanda
