Today I found a fun card on Pinterest that used the bird from the November 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit. I was about to give up on that kit. I made some cards and was pretty much done and ready to move on to some of my other Christmas/Holiday sets. I saw this card and I thought, "wow, how simple, cute and sweet. So I got out my kit and took out the pieces I needed and here is what I have.
The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.
I stamped the words from the October 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit using Shaded Spruce ink.
Next I set the bird on top of the card so I could see where I need to add some tape and glue for the die cut pine sprigs. The springs are from the November 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit, along with the bird.
After setting the sprigs in place, I added small Dimensionals to the bird in every large spot I could and I set the bird in place. And the card was done! See, simple, quick and sweet! And I got to use some more die cuts from the kit. I did like the kit but I didn't want to make any gift tags. So when I can convert something like that to a card, I'm thrilled.
Thank you SO much for taking a look today,
Wanda
