I can not even begin to tell you how much I LOVE the "Perennial Essence" Designer Series Paper (DSP). You don't need to add much to the images. They practically speak for themselves. I found this card here. I did make the banner a little smaller so more if the beautiful image could show.
The base of this card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" of the DSP.
I cut a 4-3/8" piece of Flirty Flamingo card stock and I punched the end using the "Triple Banner" punch. You lose 5/16" of an inch when you punch the end. With the measurement I gave you, that was already figured into it. Just cut and punch and you will be fine!
After punching, I stamped the words from the "Good Morning Magnolia" set using Mossy Meadow ink.
Then I stamped the flowers from the "Floral Essence" set using Flirty Flamingo ink on Whisper White card stock. I colored the whole flower with Wink of Stella. I tapped my smallest stamping block on the ink pad and took my Wink of Stella pen and colored in the flowers with a little bit of ink on them. I didn't color the tips of the flowers. I taped the flowers together and added Dimensionals to the backs. I set them in place on the card front and then added two "Perennial Essence Floral Centers" to each of the flowers. Those flower centers are fun. They are fuzzy and raised. SO darn cute!
This was a fun card to make.
Thank you for stopping by today,
Wanda
