Today I am going simple and quick! It's just one of those days.
The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. This card is folded at the top and opens at the bottom. On top of that is a 5" x 2-1/8" piece of the Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Come Sale Away" 12" x 12" pack. I taped the DSP piece to the top part of the card.
I stamped the words from the "Beautiful Friendship" set using Night of Navy ink and I set it aside to dry. It doesn't take that long to dry but it's just something I do after stamping words to make sure they are indeed dry. I often make sure I stamp the words as soon as I can so they are dry should I need to die cut them or handle them.
I stamped the sailboat from the "Sailing Home" set using Night of Navy ink. I die cut the sailboat using the matching die from the "Smooth Sailing" die cut set. I am SO into these sets that have matching die cuts. Though, other than between the sale and the line at the stern, the piece looks easy enough to fussy cut. But since the die does it all for me, I'm going with the die!!!
After die cutting the sailboat, I set it in place using some small Dimensionals. And there you have it, a super quick, fun and easy card to make.
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
