I found this lovely card on the internet. You can see it here. There were no instructions so I just went with what I saw. I think I saw the center panel a bit larger than it should be, but it's still pretty.
The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Balmy Blue card stock.
Then I cut a 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" piece of Whisper White that I textured with the "Layered Leaves" embossing folder. I taped this piece to the Balmy Blue piece and then I taped them to the card base.
I cut a 2" x 5-1/8" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Perennial Essence" 12" x 12" pack. I layered it on top of a 2-1/8" x 5-1/8" piece of Balmy Blue card stock. I set the panel in place using Dimensionals.

The words are from the "Good Morning Magnolia" set. I stamped them using black Memento ink. I die cut them with a circle die. I punched out a "Starburst" piece using Balmy Blue card stock and I taped the circles together. I set them in place with tape on the left side and a couple of small Dimensionals on the right side.
And for the final touch, crystal rhinestones were added. And that was it.
This was a fun card and I LOVE this new DSP. I may have to get another package of it!!! It's SO pretty all on it's own.
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
