While looking at a card on Pinterest that I wanted to make, I ran across this one. This one is actually plan B because I could not find the stamp set from the April 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit. I found the empty box. I have no idea where the other parts to the kit are. My workroom is a HUGE mess, everything is piled on my counter and ledges. My worktables are out in the garage for the garage sale, which ends this afternoon (yay). I set the card base I had textured aside and got out my "Delicate Lace" edgelits and decided to make a different card I found on Pinterest. You can see that card here.
The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.
I took a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Berry Burst card stock. I still had some left. It's expiring at the end of the month. I just angled the edgelit across the Berry Burst piece and ran it through the Big Shot to cut it out. The original card used a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of card stock. I didn't realize my piece wasn't the same size until I had it cut and was setting it on top of my card base. But that's okay, I like it both ways. I added the ribbon, taping the edges on the back and then adding a little piece to the front and tying a knot.
Before I taped the Berry Burst piece in place, I stamped the words from the April 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit. Then I taped the Berry Burst piece in place.
I added some rhinestones to the Berry Burst piece and the card was done.
This was a super quick and pretty card to make! I may make another one down the road sometime making it either a wedding or birthday card.
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
