So Hoppy Together, 2019 Sale-a-Bration Card

Today I wanted to play with the "So Hoppy Together" Sale-a-Bration set.  I think the frogs on the set are just too stinkin' cute!

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.  This card opens at the side.

I took a 2" x 4-3/4" piece of the "Animal Expedition" Designer Series Paper (DSP) and taped it to a 2-1/4" x 5" piece of Tranquil Tide card stock.

I stamped the frog on a 3-3/8" x 2-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock. I stamped the frog using black memento ink.  I colored the frog in using the Light Daffodil Delight Blends Pen.  Then I colored all but the belly using the light Old Olive Blends Pen. I colored the belly using the Granny Apple Green marker because I didn't have that in the Blends.  I colored the bike in using the Smoky Slate, Soft Suede and Basic Black markers.  I don't have all of the Blends colors but I'm working on it!! I LOVE alcohol markers!!! They color evenly and blend in nicely (hence the name "Blends"). I taped a 3-5/8" x 2-1/2" piece of Tranquil Tide card stock to the frog image.  I set those layers in place using Dimensionals.  

The words are also from the "So Hoppy Together" set. I stamped them using black Memento ink.

I thought this was a pretty fun and easy card to make.  But anytime you can use DSP it makes the card creating go so much faster.  There's some flies in this set. I would like to make a background using them sometime.  I have put that idea down on my list and hope to do it sometime soon.
