I was inspired by a card that Sandi MacIver had posted on Pinterest. I had already packed up the left over pieces from my Paper Pumpkin kit. I had made the cards and I was done. I was looking at Pinterest (as usual) and I found a card that used up some of the left over pieces. So I got my baggie out and made this card.
The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 3-1/2" x 4-3/4" piece of Lemon Lime Twist. A color don't use much at all. On top of that is a 3-3/8" x 4-1/2" piece of Whisper White.
I stamped the flowers using Flirty Flamingo ink, Daffodil Delight in the centers and black for the stamen. I fussy cut them out.
I stamped the Lemon Lime Twist star/flower looking images. I had set the word panel in place and tucked the leaf pieces in place. I removed the word panel and taped them down. I took what was left of the twine and looped it behind the word panel. I taped that in place. I set the word panel in place using Dimensionals.
I added the flowers with snail where they touched the word panel and Dimensionals where they touched the Whisper White piece.
It was a very easy and quick card to make. Even the fussy cutting went fast!! And now there's just 4 vellum pieces left to the kit plus the stamps. I don't think I've ever had that little left of any kit!!
This was a fun kit!
