Several years back Stampin' Up! had a flower stamp much like this. I don't know the name of it though. But the stamp wasn't clear and as easy to line up as the set of today! Like it's a modern day and the other set was so archaic!! LOL Just saying, the clear stamps are SO much easier to work with than the red rubber ones.
I found a card on Pinterest and I copied most of it. I did change the color and I didn't add the rihinestones. Though I think I might add them, the card looks like it could use a little something more.
So to make my version, I used a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Gorgeous Grape. And on top of that is a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White card stock.
I used the new "Abstract Impressions" set for this card. First I stamped the light grass. I used Granny Apple Green and stamped off once. Next I used the other grass image. I used Granny Apple Green straight from the ink pad. Then I stamped the light round flowers. I used Gorgeous Grape and stamped off once. Then I used the flower highlight stamp image and Gorgeous Grape straight from the ink pad.
The words are from the "You're Inspiring" set. I stamped them using black Memento ink.
I tied a ribbon around the stamped piece. I used some retired ribbon because I had to. I have SO much ribbon that I need to start using it up. I don't have much for current colors so I need to make due with what I have.
I taped the stamped panel to the Gorgeous Grape panel and I taped both of them to the card base. And it was as simple and quick as that!! Oh and fun too!
