Today's card is super simple. You don't even have to be perfect at the bottom but if you feel you need your flower line to be straight, you can mark it with tiny pencil lines and erase them when you are done with the card.
The base of this card is a folded half-sheet of Real Red card stock. On top of that is a 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" piece of Basic Black card stock. And the focal piece is cut 4" x 5-1/4".
I stamped the leaf/blade/stem image that had the most leaves using Lemon Lime Twist ink. Then I stamped the other leaf image using Granny Apple Green ink.
I used Real Red for the flowers.
The words are from the "Friendly Expressions" set. I stamped them using black Memento ink. I added a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock to the inside of the card and that was it. No Dimensionals, bobbles or ribbons. A clean and simple card. Oh and a very quick one too!
