Daisy Delight, Thank You Card

Do you ever have stamp sets that you only use one or two images in the set?  Me either!!! LOL I discovered there was other images in my "Daisy Delight" set so I thought I would use them today.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Old Olive card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock. 

First I stamped the stems using Old Olive ink. Then I stamped the outline image of the flowers using Bermuda Bay ink. I stamped the solid part using Pool Party ink.  The words are from the same set so I stamped them using Old Olive ink.

I don't have any current ribbon so I took a piece of the Pool Party Shimmer ribbon.  You can substitute for whatever is current.  I am going to be using some retired ribbons in my cards just to use it up. I have too many and I need to get my stash down some.

I added a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock to the inside of the card and I stamped "... for your kindness." on the inside.  And for the final touch I added some rhinestones.  I HAD to. On the last flower, the edge of the image got some ink on it and it transferred over to the card and I had to hide it!!  Plus it did look a bit to plain.  This was a very fun card to make and very quick too!
