Petal Palate, Thank You Card, 2018 Occasions Catalog

I am in need of quite a number of thank you cards, so I'm going to be making many of my cards as a thank you card, but you can change the wording as needed.  This would be a wonderful Mother's Day, Get Well, Thinking of You and Birthday card.

This was a very simple card to make.  I stamped the flower piece and die cut it out.  Then I colored it using the Calypso Coral Blends markers.  I colored the leaves using the Old Olive Blends.  

I used a folded half-sheet of Calypso Coral card stock for the base of this card.  On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of card stock.  I set the colored flower on top to see where I want to place the leaves.  I stamped those leaves using Pear Pizzazz ink.  I stamped them four times. I stamped once and then again before inking up the image again. I did that twice.

I set the flowers in place using Dimensionals.  I stamped the words from the same "Petal Palate" set. 

I colored on top of the flowers with the "Wink of Stella" pen.  You can't see it here but there's a pretty sparkle on the flowers.  And that was it.  SO quick and simple and yet so lovely!!
