I ran across this card on Pinterest and what caught my eye most about it was the confetti Decorative Series Paper (DSP). The DSP is from the "Picture Perfect" 6" x 6" pack. I have struggled with this paper, well just one side of it. It's the photo or picture side. The other side is just your average printed DSP in various colors. I don't have trouble using that side. But when I saw this card, I just had to make this card and use some of that DSP!
This was a very easy card to make too. I used a half-sheet of Rose Red for the base of the card. I cut the DSP 4" x 5-1/4". I tied a Bermuda Bay piece of mini chevron ribbon around the card.
I stamped the bear and fussy cut it out. I colored the hat using Rose Red and Daffodil Delight markers. I used the "Cookie Cutter Builder" punch and punched out a bow tie using Rose Red card stock. I added a pearl to the center of the bow. I added Dimensionals to the back of the panda and set it in place above the ribbon.
I stamped the words from the "Party Panda" set using black Memento ink. And that was it. It's a very super easy and quick card to make and I was so thrilled that I found a fun card using the "Picture Perfect" DSP.
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
