Today I'm going to share with you my October 2017 Paper Pumpkin cards. I hadn't played with them much because I was waiting until after my outpatient surgery so I would have something to do that didn't require a lot of movement. Not that I couldn't move around but I just didn't feel much like moving around the first day. I did sleep a lot.
Apparently the November Paper Pumpkin is tied in with the October one. I don't know what that means at all, but it's on it's way and I'll fill you in on that mystery at a later date!!!
These were very fun to make. I'm not a big fan of making shaker cards but the kit had the foam circles to make it easier. I did my card a little backwards. I put the foam circle on the background piece and set the front of the card over it. I found it easier to get the card centered and I wasn't working blindly.
I love the look of these cards. I did an alternative card that I thought was stunning and I'm hoping to give it a try on Sunday.
The card with the trees has a big space at the bottom so I added a die cut snowflake and I also added a light blue sequin from the kit to the center of it. It gave it a nice finishing touch.

Thank you SO much for stopping by today,
Wanda
