It's not that I'm into super quick cards but lately I've been finding them or creating them. This one I actually created! I had a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock sitting on my worktable. I was actually going to put it away and I thought I would see what I could come up with.
I had the "Whole Lot of Lovely" Decorative Series Paper (DSP) sitting on edge on the floor, but it was crooked and some of the pre-cut pieces were hanging out. I was going to put them back in and this one was sticking out the most, so I grabbed it. I did trim off 3/4" from it and I taped that strip inside the card on the right edge. The front piece of DSP measures 2-1/2". I cut a 3/4" strip of Pool Party card stock and taped it to the edge of the DSP. I taped the two pieces on top of the Whisper White card base.
Next I taped on a paper doily. I die cut a Pool Party scalloped circle measuring 2-9/16". I die cut a Basic Black circle measuring 2-7/16" and the Whisper White circle was cut 2-1/8". I cut the Whisper White circle after I stamped the "Happy Birthday" on it. Those words are from the "Happy Birthday Gorgeous" set and I used black Memento ink to stamp it. I taped the circle layers together and set them in place with Dimensionals. And that was it. I told you it was super quick!!!
Thank you SO much for stopping by today,
Wanda
