I received this card from my friend Colleen at "Crafty Basement". It's such a sweet and elegant card. She made this for a swap and had an extra one and I was the lucky recipient.
The base of this card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White that is embossed using the "Winter Wonder" snowflake embossing folder.
A 1-1/4" silver foil circle was punched and on top of that is a 1" circle of Whisper White. And in the center of the circle is a die cut snowflake from the "Seasonal Layers" dies pack. A rhinestone was added to the center of the snowflake and a ribbon was tied around the bottom.
It's so sweet and elegant.
