This was a quick and fun card to make. The foil snowflakes come in a pack of 24, 12 gold and 12 silver. And on the other side it's card stock color so you can use your spritzers or sponge on other colors if you wish. I left it as gold. This was from an ornament I received. It had the center piece on the opposite side too and gold thread for a hanger. I removed the circle from the back side and just taped that piece down.
I do not know where the snowflake in the center came from. I have looked in the catalog several times and couldn't find it Perhaps it could be from some card decorative paper, though it feels pretty thick like card stock. It's a gold foil snowflake and is very pretty. It's set on top of a gold foil circle with Dimensional. Then those two pieces are set on the snowflake with Dimensionals as well. The snowflake sits up on the card because I did remove the top white foil snowflake circle but I didn't remove the gold foil circle. I just added tape to it directly and set it in place on the card front. That card front piece measures 5" x 3-3/4". I cut a piece of gold foil paper 4" x 5-1/4" and used steel wool on it to make it mat looking. Don't rub too hard or you will get down to the white under it (like I did on the left side) You probably didn't notice it until I pointed it out to you. And those layers were set on top of a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.

The words were stamped before the card was assembled. They are from the "Oh, What Fun" set and were stamped using Soft Suede ink. It was the closest ink that looked like gold without using a metallic ink that doesn't really dry nice.
It was fun to transform this ornament into a beautiful Christmas card. I had received some foil snowflakes as a gift and I'll be making something with them in the future.
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
