This is a very fun technique to do. I especially LOVE the effect. The Decorative Series Paper (DSP) under the layers gives the card a very nice dimension. And to use more of the September 2017 Paper Pumpkin kit here. I LOVE this bunch of leaves and it's been fun using them on cards.
The DSP used here is from the "Painted Autumn" pack. The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Cajun Craze card stock. I also used Cajun Craze for the layer under the Very Vanilla. And then the leaf cluster was added. I forgot to stamp the words on before I set those panels in place using Dimensionals, so I had to stamp the words from the "Beautiful Boutique" set using Soft Suede ink and I layered it with a scalloped oval of Cajun Craze. It's a fun and simple card to make. You can find the instructions here. I was able to use a strip of DSP instead of a whole piece like I did on prior cards. It's all in where you make your angle cut and how wide you make it.
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
