This was a quick and fun card to make. Though I still think that "Whole Lot of Lovely" Decorative Series Paper (DSP) is too busy to be used in large areas. I was trying to make it work but I think I'll stick to using it on smaller panels as an accent.
Anyway, I used a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of the DSP for the background on the folded 1/2-sheet of Pool Party card stock.
I stamped the words using Basic Black ink. I colored in the flower using Pool Party, Old Olive, and Daffodil Delight markers. I cut the word piece to measure 4-1/8" x 2-1/2". I added a layer of Old Olive card stock to the back that measured 4-1/4" x 2-5/8". I added three pieces of the burlap ribbon to the right side. I just used a line of snail tap on the back and stuck the ribbon to it. I also used Scotch tape and taped over the ribbons to make sure they wouldn't fall off. I set the words in place using Dimensionals. And for the final touch I added a very light blue "Glitter Enamel Dot" to the upper right corner of the word panel. And that was it.
edited on 8-12-17: I changed the size of the Old Olive piece from 2-3/8" to 2-5/8". Sorry about that.
