I found this gem on Pinterest! I thought it was so darn cute that I had to copy it. I pretty much copied it exactly except for the balloons. I die cut them from the same paper the background paper came from. You can see the original card here.
The base of this card is a folded pieced of Whisper White cardstock. On top of that is a piece of 4" x 5-1/4" "Birthday Memories" Decorative Series Paper (DSP).
Next I die cut the stitched oval and then I die cut the fox image from a piece of the DSP. I die cut the balloons and then began to assemble that part of the card. I set the balloons in the order I wanted them and then I used Scotch tape to hold them in place. Then I took the Baker's Twine and added it to the back of each balloon, holding it in place using Dimensionals. I set the fox in place but I didn't attach it right away. I needed to see where the balloon strings should go. I added a piece of a Dimensional there and stuck the balloon strings to it. Then I added Dimensionals to the fox and set him in place. He's so darn cute!

I stamped the words on a 5/8" x 4-1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock using Pacific Point ink. I used the "Banner Triple" punch on the ends of the piece.
It's such an adorable card. I also just LOVE that background paper!! It's SO festive.
Thank you ever so much for stopping by today,
Wanda
