You've Got This, Rose Wonder, Sympathy Card

Today I need to make a sympathy card.  I think the "You've Got This" set is such a pretty one.  I thought the flower would be nice on a sympathy card.  Though the set does not come with sympathy words.  I found the wording in the "Rose Wonder" set.

I thought I would use some of the retiring colors too. The base of my card is Tip Top Taupe. Then the next layer is Watermelon Wonder. I cut it to 4" x 5-1/4".  Then the Mint Macaron layer was cut to 3-3/4" x 5".  And the Whisper White layer was cut at 3-1/2" x 4-3/4".  

I stamped the background using the fun stamp that came with the set. I used Mint Macaron and stamped off once. 

I stamped the flower on a separate piece of cardstock.  I colored the flower using the Watermelon Wonder marker and a blender pen. I colored the Mint Macaron marker and a blender pen.  The center of the flower I used the Delightful Dijon marker, no blender pen!  Next I fussy cut the flower and then I set the flower in place using Dimensionals.

It was as simple as that.
