While looking at the piles of stuff on my worktable I spied this car from the "Guy Greetings" set. It was already stamped, die cut and layered. What was it doing there? I examined it and found nothing wrong with it, no errors in stamping. It's not off center. It inked clearly. So why it was just sitting there will remain a mystery unless it all comes back to me how it got there!!! And we know that won't happen. LOL
Even if the card wasn't ready to go, this would be a super simple card to make. I used the "Peek-a-Boo" technique to do the decorative layer. You can see how to do that simple technique here. There's several cards posted there to view.
The "Guy Greetings" set also had the "Happy Birthday" greetings in it as well. SO, I got out that set and stamped the words using Dapper Denim ink.
That printed layer is from the in color 12" x 12" paper pack. I need to use it more. These colors expire soon and the pack was hardly used. Story of my life when it comes to those paper packs! But I gotta have them!!!
After doing the technique and stamping the words, I set the car in place using Dimensionals. And that was it. Super simple and quick!
This would also make a great Father's Day card!!!
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
