Cookie Cutter Halloween Candy Treat

Next time you're at the grocery store, pick up a package of Nestle Crunch Fun-Size bars.  The bar (wrapper) measures 1" wide x 3-3/4" long. The candy bar inside is smaller than these measurements.

I took a bar out of the bag and wrapped a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock around it to form a belly band.  My scrap piece measured 3/4" wide x 3" long.  I glued the bad together.  I didn't think tape would hold well enough. 3" long was a little short, 3-1/2" to 3-3/4" would be much better.  I glued it in the front of the candy bar so the back is just one smooth piece of card stock.  The image is going to hide the seams.

Next I stamped the cute little mummy.  He didn't have a lot of color to him so I added a red bow tie. Mummies are always less scary when they wear a bow tie, right?  LOL

I set the mummy in place using a few Dimensionals.  And that was it.  Just TOO darn cute!!

If you are making these for your customers or students, the mummy and the skeleton are the quickest ones to stamp, punch, and set in place!!

I want to try it with the scare crow for a fall edible table decoration.  And I'm sure I will be adding more color to that one!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
