Today I'm going to share with you a card I made at Terri's terrific Stamp a Stack a couple of weeks ago. I have a lot of fun making her cards. She keeps them simple enough and yet inviting and pretty. Well, this one isn't "pretty", I don't call masculine cards "pretty." This card is very nice and attractive.
We used Whisper White card stock for the base. Then we stamped the "Hardwood" background on using Memento Black ink.
Then the trees are from the new "Thoughtful Branches" set and were stamped using the Memento Black ink. They were set in place with double sided tape. Then we tore a piece of Basic Black card stock and added it to the bottom of the focal panel using Dimensionals. The whole panel was set in place on the card using Dimensionals.
And that was it. Super easy, super fun and a very nice looking masculine card. It can be used for a number of occasions. A birthday, thinking of you, thank you, get well and even a sympathy card. I had a great time at the Stamp a Stack and this was another great card!!

Love the layout of this card. I'll never part with my Hardwood stamp. =)
ReplyDeleteI received your card and just love it. Thank you so much!!!
Ya' know, I think I met Terri and some of her group at my very first Convention three years ago. They adopted me into their group the first night I was there and all by myself until my group showed up the next day!
Thanks for sharing with us!
