Today I am going to share a fun and easy card with you. I used the new "Balloon Bouquet" punch. I used the white gel pen to make the marks on the upper side of the balloons.
I used the "Decorative Dots" embossing folder. The decorative paper is from the "It's my Party" 12" x 12" paper stack. There's so much paper in that pack and I want to try to use as much of it as I can but when I add such a tiny amount to a card, it will take forever to use it up!!! LOL

I layered the dotted paper on top of a piece of Whisper White, leaving a very little border. I set that piece in place on the card using Dimensionals. The balloons were also set in place on the card using Dimensionals.

This was a very easy card to make. It's bright and festive and it does scream "Happy Birthday"!!
