Since I decided I was done making Christmas cards, I thought I would begin my needed stash of masculine Birthday Cards.
I used the "Guy Greetings" set for this card. I am hoping that it won't be retired. It's a wonderful set full of fun images and LOTS and LOTS of words. Though the words here were done on my computer.
For my card, which is not how I planned it out, I used the striped paper from the "Pretty Petals" paper stack. I wanted the stripes on the bottom but when I sat down to assemble the card, I didn't pay attention and they ended up on top. Which is okay (it has to be, it's all put together), but it does look okay this way too. A good mistake I guess!
I used Very Vanilla and Early Espresso for my cardstock. The ink I used is Early Espresso. I have one of the older ink pads and it's in need of replacing. Re-inking just isn't cutting it anymore.

I used the dots from the "Gorgeous Grunge" set. And I planned on putting the dots on but once I had set my eyes on that decorative paper, I totally forgot about the dots so I had to add them later!! I hate it when I do that!!! LOL But that worked out for me too!!
I set the car and the words in place using Dimensionals. And that was it. A super easy and quick card.
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
