My sister let me babysit her stamps while she was on vacation. I was so busy that I didn't get to play with them much at all. She did ask me to play with the "Your Presents" set. She was stuck on what to do with it. Well, it wasn't one of my choices from the catalog. In other words, it was one I didn't think I could work with. I took the stamp set out and looked at it for a while and just wasn't coming up with anything. SO I Googled it and found a fun and easy card by Mary Fish. You can see her card here.
I don't know what she used for the center package, she didn't leave any instructions. I took the one image, stamped it using Real Red and then I trimmed it down to fit.
The "Joy" circle was punched out using the 2" circle punch.
It's one of those clean and simple cards. Though I think I would have added a piece of Soft Sky behind the front panel to give it a little more color. I do like the white on white but I think it would be a nice touch. I can't add it because that panel was set in place using Dimensionals. I don't have a lot of luck removing things that are set in place with Dimensionals. Dimensionals stick SO well!!
This was a fun card. I thought about making these for our yearly Christmas card. Taking a break from my usual snowman cards. I'll have to think about it. The presents were cut out by hand. UGH!!! I'll have to really think about it!!
Thank you SO much for stopping by today,
Wanda

Love this! It would work great as a birthday card as well. Thanks for the inspiration.
