I have another masculine card to share with you. This card is from the last swap I attended. The theme of this swap is to make a card using one of the two techniques taught the previous month. The previous month was the Camouflage Technique. That was the technique I also used for my swap card.
This card was made by Mary. She's a wonderful stamper and I she was the one who demonstrated how to do this technique! And she's a really nice person too!
For this card she used Crumb Cake for the base of the card. A strip of soft suede textured with the Hardwood embossing folder was added. It measures 2" x 5 1/4". The Camouflage piece measures 3-1/2" x 4".
The Very Vanilla piece 3" x 3-1/4" and was stamped using Chocolate chip ink. Or it could be Soft Suede, it's difficult to tell. The corner was torn and the edges were lightly sponged.
I LOVE the gold button she added in the area of the torn corner. This is such a great masculine card!! Thank you Mary for such a fun swap card!!!
Oh, before I forget. Instructions for this technique can be found here.
And Thank You for stopping by today,
Wanda
