This looks like such a fun and wonderful card. The flower is from the "Birthday Blossoms" set. There is a silver foil paper flower punched out and layered behind the stamped flower.

There is another fun aspect to this card. There is a gap between the top panel and the bottom one. The bottom one is attached by the center word panel. I don't know what this technique is called, but I do like it and I think it would be easy to do too!
This is such a pretty wedding card.
