I got this card in the last swap I attended. The technique used here is the Northern Lights Technique. Here is a link to my first post and on that you will find a link on how to do this technique.
It's very fun and surprisingly easy to do too!

Thank you for your concern Stampin Deva. I am nursing a horrible case of tendonitis that does not allow me much movement in my hip. The pain is horrible and so is the PT! LOL But today was one of the first days I have actually noticed some signs of relief. I can now walk up the steps with no pain. It's just the beginning. Soon I will have full mobility and then there's no stopping me!!! LOL
