A Cherry Cobbler Festival of Trees Christmas Card

Okay, I tried REALLY, REALLY hard to get the image in my camera straight!  The bottom edge is straight because that is were I was focusing on before I heard the "click!"  I do have to admit that it is much straighter than the photo I took yesterday.

I embossed my background using a Cuttlebug embossing folder I found at JoAnn's earlier this season.  I LOVE snowflakes and when I saw this, I just HAD to buy it!  You can use any other current background for this card.  If I didn't have the snowflake one I would have used the "Decorative Dots" one.  It looks more like big snowflakes falling.

I used a piece of Cherry Cobbler ribbon and I taped the edges of it on the backside of the panel.  I taped that piece in place on top of a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.

Next I took a 2-1/2" x 3" piece of Whisper White card stock and stamped the words first. Those words are from the "Teeny Tiny Wishes" set.  And then I stamped the tree.  Using Cherry Cobbler ink of course!!!  I set that panel in place using Dimensionals.  Now who doesn't love a red and white card???  I think they have an elegant look to them.

This was a very easy and fun card to make.  I think it would be a fun Stamp a Stack card too!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
