Well, after a few computer glitches, I'm finally back online here. My post is a bit late because of it but I finally got on here and can finally post my fun card.
I found this card (most of this card LOL) by Diana at Stamping with Diana. I changed a few things on it. I didn't have the folder she used and I changed the colors a bit. I also didn't add any words on it. I'm not sure what occasion I will be using this masculine card for but whatever one comes up, I'll be ready!!!
I used Crumb Cake ink and card stock, and I used Bermuda Bay ink and card stock to create this card. I do like the card, it was easy and fun to make. I did not like cutting out the fish but I survived it!!! LOL
The base of my card is a folded 5-1/2" x 11" piece of Bermuda Bay card stock. The Whisper White layer is cut 5-1/4" x 4". The Crumb Cake textured piece is cut at 2-1/8" x 5". The Bermuda Bay layer under the fish piece is cut 2-3/4" x 2-1/2". And the layer with the fish on it is cut 2-1/2" x 2-1/4". The fish was stamped using Bermuda Bay ink and cut out by hand!!! The fish was set in place using Dimensionals as well as the layers it's sitting on top of. This was a fun and simple card. I can see myself making more of these, one at a time, not a set of them, I don't like cutting out pieces anymore!! I'm too spoiled by all the sets with dies!
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
