This card can be used for quite a number of occasions. I didn't move the panels over far enough or up far enough to make room for some wording. Though I think I may be able to fit a Modern Label punched piece on the left side of the flowers and using the Word Window punch and the "Teeny Tiny Wishes" set to create some words for the card. But for now I'll leave it plain and not commit to any one occasion. I'll wait until one arises and go from there!
I did have fun making this card. It's been a little while since I've made a card with a lot of layers. I use to LOVE to do cards with lots of layers. Okay, I still do love to make them, I just don't make as many because of the time involved. Though as I was making this card, I didn't think it took all that much longer to make. Maybe 5 or so more minutes. Not a big deal.
I used the Lullaby decorative paper on the 2 panels behind the flowers. I LOVE that paper too, it's so soft and sweet looking.
I colored the flowers in using the Coastal Cabana marker and a blender pen. The stems are colored in using Baked Brown Sugar. I sponged all the edges of the pieces. I thought it would soften the card even more, and it did! I like it.
I did enjoy making this card and I may do a few more multi-layer cards.
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
